VINOD DAMODARAN
CEO
Vinod Damodaran is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 20 years of valuable experience in operations and management in the Middle East. Following his sales position in the early 2000s, he founded the first D-Group company, Hillstone Equipment. A decisive and result oriented person, he has played a hands-on role in strategically spearheading numerous group operations and ventures to success ever since.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management.
SHADI ALSHEIKH
General Manager
As a general manager of the D-Group, Shadi Al Sheikh is involved in all key operational decisions and plays an important role in maintaining the smooth operation of the group. He is known for his all-round skills and his ability in turning ideas into reality.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering and has been in the UAE since 2001.
DEBASIS MITRA
DGM - Quarry & Production
Debasis Mitra is the key person in charge of quarry and production at CQM. His role includes overseeing quarry operations, and planning and providing cost control solutions. He is a skilled Mining Engineer with 28 years of experience with multinational mining organizations. His core competency is in drilling, blasting, mine planning and designing.
He holds A Mining Engineering degree with additional qualification in “Strategic Management” from IIM Kolkata, India.
MANOJ JOHN
Director – Business Development
Manoj John leads business development initiatives at D-Group. His role involves evaluating opportunities for growth in GCC region and emerging markets in Africa and Asia. He has two decades of experience as strategy leader with companies like Citigroup, KK Birla, IPSOS and Frost & Sullivan. His expertise areas are business plans, Valuations, acquisitions, fund-raising, investment and project management
He is professionally qualified with B.Tech in Civil Engineering and MBA in Strategic Management & Marketing
SONI JOHN
Finance Manager
Soni John is handling the nerve center of the D-Group. He is the Finance Manager responsible for overseeing finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations & looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.
He has more than 10 years of experience in accounts, audit, business valuation, financial planning & management
He holds a Bachelors degree in commerce, CA inter & MBA.
ASWATHY VS
Senior Accountant
As a Senior Accountant for Precision, Hillstone and KPD Aswathy is responsibilities for maintaining proper books of accounts, banking activities, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures etc.
She is a successful senior Accountant with excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts.
She has been with the group for more than 9 years and holds a master degree in business management.
Jithesh Kumar
Senior Accountant
Jithesh Kumar is handling the position Senior Accountants for the D-Group and is mainly handling all accounts of CQM. He is responsible to advice on audit, accounts and provide end to end information about financial records, He maintains a good rapport with client’s account department and has a soft interpersonal communications skill.
JEROME MIRAN
Sales Engineer
Jerome Miran is responsible for technical sales for PCS & Hillstone. He Serves our customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. He establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
He has 23 years of working experience in construction and trading company as a civil engineer, logistic and sales in Philippines, Kuwait and UAE.
MOUSTAFA Elawadi
Public Relation Officer
Moustafa Elwadi is the Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.) for D-Group. He carries out all the government related activities, submission of government applications and processing of all legal documents.
He has 20 years strategic experience of communication proficiency, extensive knowledge and a solid educational foundation of public relationships.
He holds a master degree in Arabic and literature and has been in the UAE since 2006.
SREEHARI
Administration Assistant
As a administrative assistant Sreehari’s duties revolve around receiving, managing and processing information received in office. He is responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers and ensure smooth dispatch & operation.
He has 10 years of working experience in coordination and in administration.

Procurement Officer
A target driven individual and skilled negotiator, Vinod Kumar plays a major role as the D-Group procurement officer. He is good at monitoring supplier’s performance and providing valuable feedback to the management.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law degree.
VIDYADHARAN BHANU
Factory Manager
An expert Fabricator himself, Vidyadharan is a highly disciplined, result oriented & dedicated member of D-Group. He is in charge of planning and leading our screen mesh production department. He has a track record of devising, evaluating and implementing process improvement to minimize waste and reduce cost while maximizing yield
He holds an diploma in ITI and has been in UAE since 1992.
MARY FRANCES
Executive Secretary
Mary plays key role in the D-Group head office. She is always welcoming the calls, taking messages and handling correspondence, maintaining database and arranging appointments.
She holds a degree of BS in Customs Administration.
BIPIN VENUGOPAL
Labour Supervisor
Bipin is responsible for organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. He has to monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback to the management.
He has 27 years of experience as Labour supervisor and Electrical Foreman in India and Middle East He is an Electrical diploma holder.
